Okay, so this week we’re talking boundaries. As a business owner, of course you have that innate desire to serve your clients, and be available to them to do allofthethings allofthetime. But, my love, that is not going to help you to serve them to the best of your ability. In short, it’s not healthy. And so this is where boundaries come in.

Funnily enough, this isn’t something I have struggled with too much when it comes to my work. Certainly in areas of my personal life in the past, I haven’t managed to uphold the boundaries I put in place (I’ve got so much better now), but with my work and my professional mission I’ve always known when to say yes, and when to say no. So - you might want to hear what I’ve got to say on this subject.
