In this video, I'm giving you tips and tools that will guide you on how to outsmart a narcissist - whether we're talking about your narcissistic mother, father, a narcissist at work or even your toxic partner. I'll share six tips on how to speak to a narcissist in a way that will allow you to actually get your point across - and to avoid upsetting the narcissist and causing them to argue with you in the heat of a moment.

Please note: while it's always best to go no contact, we both know this isn't always an option right away. I'm sharing these powerful tips with you not to keep you stuck, but so that you can deal with the narcissist while you must. In my own experience, understanding the narcissist's psychology and responding with this in mind can make your life so much easier in the meantime.
