[00:11:00.12] 2021 is about permission. And our theme this year is permission granted, new life, new liberty. 

[00:13:06.22] I've never met anyone who has said to me, oh, I'm done, I don't need anything else. Every single soul that I interact with says, I know I'm here for more, I know I'm here to do more, I know I'm here to be more. And that is the nature of our souls. Our souls want to grow and evolve and experience ourselves at our highest levels. And that changes every day because we change every day. We're not who we were yesterday, we're not who we were five minutes ago.

[00:15:38.06] The most important relationship we can ever be in is the one with ourselves. And yet often that's the one that is last on the list. We take care of everybody else. We tend to our babies, we take care of our beloved partners, our extended families, our parents, for many of us, if our parents are elderly or aging, we're there, our nieces our nephews, we're there, right? Our fellow co-workers, we're there. And we don't carve that sacred time to be in intimate and loving and nurturing relationships with ourselves.

[00:27:26.18] Fear is fascinating for me. And I want you all to know that I'm not someone that teaches people to overcome their fears. I'm someone that teaches people to dance with their fear in service and honor what's greater.

[00:30:29.00] The intention and the desire in writing the book was to give you a step-by-step practical blueprint to get from where you are, to wherever it is that you want to be. And so I shared the sections, the stay true, the get paid, the do good, which is the three fundamental shifts.

[00:33:24.09] So important steps for re-imagining, re-envisioning, where is it that we want to go? What is it that we want to believe? Who is it that we want to be? What is it that we want to do? And so in each section, there's the opportunity to reimagine and re-envision. From re-envisioning, we move to align right, action. So it's not enough for us to just be efficient. We now need to show up, consistent with the new speaking, with the new language and we get to do it as a practice, over and over again.

[00:37:05.29] But the magic is really in those little things, that little extra step that we take is what ultimately becomes the game-changer. And so our capacity to see that, to recognize that, to honor that, and to celebrate that, that's everything.
