This week on the HR Happy Hour Show, we were joined by Jeff Wald, the founder of WorkMarket and enterprise software platform that enables companies to manage freelancers (acquired by ADP) to talk about his recent book "The End of Jobs: The Rise of On-Demand Workers and Agile Corporations", and how the nature of work has changed and will continue to evolve going forward. Jeff shared how a reliance on data and an understanding of labor market history are critical to make informed predictions about the future
Additionally, Jeff shared some of the WorkMarket story and how the solution developed to simplify and manage compliance for organizations who need to engage the freelance and contractor workforces.
