It has been coming up for me and for a few of my coaching clients this week: giving yourself permission. Sometimes we feel so compelled to follow the path of hustle, more, what I should do, what I am supposed to do, all while feeling called in a very polarizing direction.

It is ok to honor what you want, what you need and isn't yours that you are holding on to that is blocking you from the fulfillment you are seeking. Give yourself permission to check in on what feels right, what isn't yours and what you truly need to feel aligned and honest with yourself.
