Our guest this week is Dr Dave Alred MBE who has been a guiding force throughout Jonny’s career, and is, in his eyes, a guru! Dave’s uncanny ability to read a situation and know exactly what was needed to liberate new spaces of enjoyment, confidence, self-trust and performance and all in such an effortless, engaging way. On this podcast both Dave and Jonny get a chance to explain what the experience was like from their own individual perspectives. Connecting to potential is Dave’s genius and Jonny digs into some of the secrets behind Dave’s methods, how  he helps unlock new space for people and works to hand over the keys to them too.
