10:14pm - Leading off the 2nd hour is a first time guest and a "Sandwiches of History" expert. Barry Enderwick stops by to talk about his background and how he got into this whole new social media persona as the "Sandwich guy". Barry has found old cookbooks...like really old...and re-created some of the sandwich recipes he's found in them. Some have looked great while other have baffled the mind as to why anyone would have eaten these in the first place. This promises to be a great segment and possibly turn into a recurring segment!

10:35pm - A few weeks back, the guy coming out of the bullpen was supposed to join us but he became ill and had to bow out. However, tonight he is back and better than ever, so we will welcome back Joey Machado of the Texas Original Charcoal Company. Joey will tell us why he started it (bought into it), how their charcoal differs and also tell us some dirty little secrets that exist in the industry today.
