This is my love child of ADHD brain and thought over the past month where I have done so much reflection. I hope that you love this episode as much as I do. I wish that I had an older sister or someone who could have encouraged me and held me accountable to this.

3. You are what you tell yourself you are. What you say is very important. 
4.  You can't manage what you don't track or take inventory of. 
5. Dieting is a privilege - yes I said it. 
6. All of your actions are choices. 
7. Start choosing wisely. 
8. But what if you genuinely feel like you lack self discipline? 
9. A really tough challenge. 
10. A cringey but needed motivational speech.
