Even though men and women alike may WANT a serious relationship, not all are capable of having that relationship. There are a variety of reasons, ranging from lessons learned from childhood, adult trauma (such as divorce) or simply not understanding what it takes to have a serious, committed relationship that isn’t shallow.

I’ve come to realize that most men are bad daters. That doesn’t make them bad people and with some nurturing from you, they CAN become the type of guy you’d want to have a committed relationship with.
