On today's episode I chat with Lois Ehrmann, a Level 3 IFS therapist and frequent staff member for Susan McConnell's Somatic IFS trainings.    Lois is a grandmother extraordinaire; I want to drop the boy off at her house for a week. Or, drop off all my exhausted, overwhelmed parenting parts.   Lois has integrated IFS and Attachment therapy with families struggling with trauma. She developed a narrative method to teach parents and children the concepts of IFS which has empowered children to use the method of Insight as well as Direct Access. She is now mostly doing training and consultation as she co parents her own 3 year old granddaughter.   I LOVED this conversation with Lois.   Update and FYI- We recorded this right after the Capital Shootings. I checked with Lois this week and she is vaccinated and back at home with her family.
