1. 4 x 400m @ 5k pace, 4 x 1600m @ Half Marathon pace, 4 x 400m @ 5k pace. Recovery: 1min and 2min between sets.
2. 18km workout: 1k on/1k float, 2k on/2k float, 3k on/3k float, 2k on/2k float, 1k on/1k float
"On's" at just quicker than Half Marathon goal pace. Floats at just slower than Half Marathon goal pace.
3. 35k workout: 5k easy, 3 x 3k @ GMP (1k steady recovery), 3 x 2k @ GMP (1k steady recovery), 3 x 1k @ GMP (1k steady recovery), 3k easy
GMP: Goal marathon pace. Steady = somewhere between easy and GMP.
