As competitors we can often be our own worst critic, the name of the game is always progression but do we really give ourselves the credit for what we do to get to stage? Every phase of bodybuilding requires commitment and we can develop body dysmorphia, imposter syndrome and mental challenges that left unchecked can debilitate you.
