Now, don't get me wrong, that practicality is incredibly valuable. However, let's get real – I'm a spiritual being through and through. I believe in the unseen forces of the universe; it's just ingrained in who I am.

Think about it with me for a moment. We can only perceive a mere 0.001% of our vast universe. Wrap your mind around that! What about the other 99.999,999% that remains hidden from our view? It's mind-blowing to consider any concept without acknowledging the vastness beyond our sight.

For me, spirituality is a vital piece of this puzzle. It's about embracing the unseen, the mystical, and the profound energies that guide us, even if we can't always perceive them directly. So, as we journey through this episode, let's expand our perspective and explore the unseen realms together.

I feel like I'm about to talk about this in a way that I have never said it before. And that feels really exciting.

The next episode is going to be about the spirituality of success and failure and patterns. And that also feels just really important because the first episode and the third episode are going to be quite practical. But I don't think that we can have this conversation without talking about the spiritual side of the lives that we are leading and why it is important for us to experience what we sometimes deem as failure. And then the third episode is going to be how we shift, how we make the change.

I can't just think and do in the same way that I've always thought and done, because that will get me to where I am now. But it's not going to get me to an eight figure a year company.

16:11 And so many people don't think that is possible because they don't appreciate that their identity is fluid. Everything about your identity is fluid. But you act as though that it's fixed. It is not

Ahh self sabotage our old friend! Those of you who have been here a while will know I have been doing the Devotion Experience with my community…and recently I have hit a self sabotage bump!

If you have too,  I want you to know that you can shift this. And everything starts with you making a decision about who it is you desire to be and what it is that you desire to create.

You are the person that has the vision, you are the person who's going to execute, and you are the person who is going to get the results that they desire. But it all starts with you making a decision.

So listen in to this quickie on my 4 steps to beating this behaviour.

07:54 So just deciding that you are going to shift your identity is the first step into moving beyond self sabotage.
