In this podcast, I will refer to various articles about healing from trauma, and what I’ve found works and what doesn’t work in my 54 years of working with traumatic abuse.
You and your partner might be hurting each other in numerous ways without realizing how and why you are doing this. Discover the various ways you might be breaking the bonds between you.
Letting go of unrealistic hope and trying to control what you can’t control, and instead being present and accepting reality, opens the door to true emotional freedom and personal power. Life is so much more peaceful and joyful when you let go of control and trust that you are being guided in your highest good at all times.
We all want to be living each moment in peace and joy, yet this experience eludes many people. Are you aware of what triggers you out of peace and into anxiety or depression? By becoming aware of your triggers, you can learn to stay centered in your inner peace, thus contributing to world peace.
Rather than hitting bottom and wanting to leave the planet or turning to addictions or other unloving behavior to numb your feelings, learn how to heal pain and move into inner peace and joy.
Are you a person who craves tries to get love, or a person who want to be loving and share love? Your choice determines whether or not you will have a loving relationship.
Are you afraid to say "no" to others? Is giving yourself up working to create inner peace and loving relationships? Are you operating from fear, obligation and guilt in your relationships? If this isn’t working for you, then you might want to consider learning to love yourself instead.
Our society is suffering from much mental illness – fear, depression, anxiety, and feelings of despair and helplessness. Discover how to heal and embrace your inner peace and power.
