Ash Farrington spent thirty years in policing, retiring as a Detective Chief Inspector. He achieved national accreditations as a hostage negotiator, Senior Investigating Officer and Public Safety and Public Order commander. At the age of three, he moved with his family to the UK, where he grew up in East London.
