In this episode (Part 2 of our Front Desk Series), we walk through the exact 5-step hiring process we use at PelvicSanity to find the best admin—without spending hours on bad interviews.
Here’s how it works:
📌 Step 1: Post the job (Indeed, social media, email list) and require a cover letter to filter out low-effort applicants.
📌 Step 2: Send a Google Form questionnaire to narrow the pool based on what matters to them in a job.
📌 Step 3: Do an informal Zoom interview to screen for basic fit before an in-person meeting.
📌 Step 4: Bring in 3-4 finalists for an in-person interview to sell the position and ensure a good match.
📌 Step 5: Do a working interview to test their skills, how they learn, and how they interact with patients.
At the end of the day, we pick the best candidate and trust in our ability to train them (and replace them if needed!).
