The boys had a decent sit-down and chat with Sir John Kirwan about his 'Mitey' programme that is being rolled out in schools across New Zealand.

Mitey targets NZ children from Years 1-8 to help them build the necessary and age-appropriate skills, knowledge, and understanding they need to nurture their own emotional well-being and those of others.
