“It’s just trusting the process of ‘OK, these people trust us.’ They see a little bit of the doctor and most of the TC, but if you educate them and inform, and influence your patients of what to expect at that consult, they’re not going to think any different like ‘Why is the doctor here for only 3 minutes? I expected him for 10.’ So if you educate and influence your patients before they come in on what to expect, it’s golden.” 9:07
