When you saw the title of this podcast, what was the first thing that popped into your mind? Like “Is it too late to lose weight? Too late to go back to school? Too late to be a lawyer? Is it too late to find love? To climb Mount Everest?” What would be your end to that question?
As you think it over, there are some reasons why you may come up empty handed…because life is pretty good right now. We’ve all been raised (those of us who are 50 or more!) to not ask, not put yourself first, and not have that on your mind. That it’s not good to want.
My Guest:
Sheree Clark is a Midlife Courage Coach, television show host, inspiring speaker and accomplished author. Sheree has written and presented on topics ranging from finding your passion to overcoming career burnout. Her Fork in the Road coaching practice keeps her busy working with clients one-on-one and in groups on creating an authentically fulfilling life. In her personal time, Sheree and her cat Lotus work on their yoga poses.
