Question: Gabriela from Venezuala - I am starting a new division for my company - we have no existing customers - a brand new product line for us - and I have four brand new sales people. All of them skilled, but not at selling this product per say or to this target market. In order to hit our numbers we are going to have to cold call.I have been in sales for years - so I am wondering how has cold calling changed? Is it still the right way to open a new market?
