Dr. Max Testa is a sports medicine physician and coach whose methodology emphasizes the importance of a fine-tuned human engine to help athletes reach peak performance. He now works at the Park City Hospital in sports medicine seeing patients of every level of fitness, with and without medical conditions. Dr. Max Testa discusses nitric oxide, the benefits of exercise, how everyone’s diet and fitness is personal to them, heart rate, and more.
