YouTube sensation and pitmaster of How To BBQ Right, Malcom Reed, makes his usual first Tuesday of the month appearance. Malcom is an avid hunter so we will get an update on how his season is currently going. We will also talk about a few of his latest recipes, what gifts he is hoping BBQ Santa will bring him this year and what items he is telling people to get their live-fire loved ones.

After Malcom, CEO of the Kansas City Barbecue Society Emily Detwiler, joins the show to talk about a few new items. If you are a KCBS member, you probably saw the recent email about the sale of the corporate building. We will talk about that as well as a few other pressing business items. We will also discuss what the second version of the KCBS World Invitational may or may not look like compared to the debut event this past February. We will also talk about some 2020 programs to include the possibility of a Backyard Team of the Year program.
