Mikhaila Remilton is a primary school teacher, a wife and a new Mum to her little Miracle boy Henry! 

In 2019 Mikhaila and her husband Warwick were just married and ready to start a family. With the previous knowledge of her PCOS diagnosis they knew conception would unfortunately not be a straight forward experience. 

In Episode 17 Mikhaila walks us through this journey in depth, depicting the countless appointments, needles, medications and how she was constantly “pharmacy hopping” to get what she needed. She also talks about the mental and emotional toll IVF can take on someone not to mention the physical side effects that come along with it too. 

I ask Mikhaila to share her advice and opinions on how to support someone through their IVF and infertility journey and what she found helpful. Finally we chat about the moment she met her son Henry and the incredible transition into motherhood, her goals for the future and how important it is to live in the now and appreciate the moments you worked so hard for!
