Today is International Women’s Day and the theme this year is Inclusion.

Research shows that 1/3 of people with ADHD are unemployed and a greater number are under employed so we are talking all things ADHD Inclusion at work, workplace empowerment, self-employment and retraining.

Whilst Laura is away the Planet ADHD AF Peer Support Community will play! Specifically, Community LEGENDS and Coaches  Ally and Kim, chat to community members  who have had three different ADHD work ‘safaris’ and found different ways to support their ADHD and their careers whilst Laura is visiting family in the Caribbean.

From career change to neurodivergent friendly leadership and self-employment, they talk all things work with community legends Claire, Jill and Kimi. Each mini-interview looks at something different and has a set of coaching tips from Ally, Kim and Zoe Joanna Coaching to offer advice and support to others who find themselves struggling in employment.
