Today I speak with IFBB Pro Jade-Kelsie Wolfenden, a personal trainer, nutritionist, and posing coach from the UK who earned her Pro card in 2019 at the UK Olympia Amateur. She started competing in 2015 trying out a few different federations before she found the NPC. She was diagnosed with epilepsy on her 21st birthday and has since transformed her lifestyle. She was told she wouldn’t be able to compete but that fueled her passion for the stage. Jade wants to show people that if you are told something that you can’t do - DO IT anyway because you can.
