Jake Edward’s had a family legacy to live up to. Three members of his family had played more than a 100 games of top tier AFL and he wanted to follow in their footsteps.

But what does it look like when life doesn’t turn out that way?

Jake spoke so openly about his experiences with mental illness and drug and alcohol addiction. This two part episode delves into his life through his AFL career, his rock bottom, getting the help he needs and re-learning the lessons when he dove into the darkness again.
