Today I speak with IFBB Pro Janean Priest, a 60 years old who was introduced to bodybuilding 3 1/2 years ago! She is a RN, BSN and had 3 beautiful and amazing children, 2 of them are twins. She has been married for 35 years. Before she found bodybuilding, she was a long distance runner and never stepped foot into a gym. She met her coach's wife and owner of the gym she trains at a health fair who persuaded her to come check out the gym. There are only seven 60 year old IFBB pros in the US, which makes Jenean want to be an inspiration to those who feel being healthy is not obtainable. She fell into an eating disorder her senior year of high school that was accelerated when her mother had terminal cancer.
