My guest today is Jay Ferruggia, a fitness and coaching OG. He’s been helping people become a stronger version of themselves since 1994. His clients include CEO’s and professional athletes in the MLB, NFL AND WWE. Jay is also the host of the popular podcast, Renegade Radio with Jay Ferruggia.

This success did not come easy for Jay. Growing up he was the “skinny kid” who was socially awkward, shy and insecure. He also struggled with mental health and even addiction.
