Jessica Smith is a Paralympian. She was born missing her left arm, is a burns survivor and has battled disordered eating.

She is a mother of 3, an Australian living in the UAE and converted to Islam to marry her husband.

Jess is an advocate for positive body image, diversity and inclusion and disability awareness, and she was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia for her roles within the community and dedication to sport.

There is no doubt that Jess is a remarkable woman, but with so many different ways to define oneself, how does Jess define herself?

This was a fascinating chat with a woman who has overcome so much in her short life so far and who will continue to achieve wonderful things!
