Today, I speak with IFBB Pro Jodie Yuncker, who is a coach with Fit Body Fusion. She turned Pro at Junior National in 2021 and has since competed in 3 Pro shows. She shares with us how she struggled with and eating disorder for 12 years and overcame it to regain her health. Jodie shows with us how important self-belief and manifestation are for achieving your goals and how she helps her coaching clients accomplish this.
Starting in high school, she began to hyper focus on the normal changes a body makes during puberty. This started a spiral of obsessing about food and her weight that controlled her life for years. She talks about her experience with college and the ultimatum her parents gave her regarding her health. She describes how her passion from coaching came from her own transformation.
We hear how Jodie transitioned to coaching and what she believes is important for her clients, both lifestyle and competitors. Her passion comes through so strongly in this interview. You don't want to miss it!
