Episode 10! We hit the double digit episode mark with coach Jonmarc Rasberry of Dyer County High School located in Newbern Tennessee. Coach Rasberry is an incredible up and coming strength coach who has been absolutely crushing it the past few years. We sit down and discuss is journey from Tennessee to Illinois, to back to Tennessee where he began his teaching and coaching career. We talk about some of the things required to get into the field such as teaching licensure, certifications and more. He discusses his current role at Dyer County, how he's worked to build trust and buy in and what he envisions the program looking like down the road. Lastly, we discuss how and why he started his own podcast "Conjugate Chats". Enjoy!
