Jordan Lambropoulos was last on KICPOD in August 2023 when she told us her story of living with Chron’s disease and undergoing a stem cell transplant. This week Jordy is back for KICBUMP after giving birth to her twin girls Indigo & Capri in January.

Jordy always assumed she would be infertile, so it was a huge shock to herself, and her medical team when she discovered she was pregnant, plus pregnant with twins!

In this episode Steph catches up with Jordy to talk about her pregnancy, the complications with her Chron’s and wearing an ostomy bag, an emergency C-section, contracting congenital CMV, and what this means for her girls’ health and day-to-day life.
