Join my guest Julie Allen for a discussion about the upcoming Crossing for Cystic Fibrosis paddle event that his an 80 endurance challenge that crosses the Gulf Stream from Bimini, Bahamas to Lake Worth, Florida.

Julie and I discuss why we are taking this challenge on. We also talk about yoga and nutrition and have a good laugh along the way.

Julie Allen is a yoga instructor, massage therapist, artist and two-time (soon to be three) Crossing Crusader in the Crossing For Cystic Fibrosis. She is a native Floridian that loves connecting with nature and humans.
