Julien Wanders is one of the most promising young distance runners in the west.
At just 21 years of page, he already has 1:01:43 Half Marathon to his name, along with 28:02 for 10km on the road, as well as 13:37 5000m on the track.
Julien is based in Kenya and if you haven’t been following him on social media (where he posts plenty of awesome stuff on his training), he is training like an absolute beast! Long tempo runs of 20-25km at an average of under 3:20/km up in the mountains of Kenya is standard stuff.
