She lives for depth, and soulful resonance.

I believe honesty with self is the key to freedom. Her inner explorations have also been reflected in my external adventures. She has spent extensive amounts of time in India travelling, teaching meditation and creative workshops on the shores of Goa, and Yoga in Mumbai for 2 years. Due to my intrigue into the Mind-Body Connection, I have found Kinesiology and Mind Body Medicine to be incredible conduits of this knowledge.
