The reason there will be more than one part is we don't all respond the same to support and some of you may prefer one of the other episodes on anxiety because this approach doesn't soothe you.

This episode takes the approach of being in nature, coming back home to a calm state that is accessible within, all the time. Providing room in the breath to assist you in creating a state change for yourself. Breathe deeply, remember you are loved and are love, and then perhaps jump in a cold shower.
