而不同的 “开盖” 方式对应着不同的英语表达。

从拧开胶水瓶盖到撬开玻璃瓶盖，

从撕掉酸奶封口膜到按压挤出洗发水，

每一个动作都有其专属的动词短语。

1. Twist off /twɪst ɔːf/ 拧开（通过旋转取下）

She twisted off the cap of the glue bottle carefully to avoid spilling.

她小心拧开胶水瓶的盖子，防止溢出。

2. Flip up /flɪp ʌp/ （向上翻开 / 掀开）

Flip up the lid of the lunchbox .

翻开午餐盒的盖子。

3. Crack open /kræk ˈoʊpən/（撬开 / 砸开 / 掰开）

I used a bottle opener to crack open the glass coke bottle.

中文：我用开瓶器撬开了玻璃瓶装的可乐。

4. Peel off /piːl ɔːf/（剥下 / 撕掉）

I struggled to peel off the plastic cover of the yogurt cup.

我费了好大劲才撕开酸奶杯的塑料盖。

5. Pop out /pɑːp aʊt/（弹出 / 拔出来 / 抠出来）

Be careful not to damage the capsule when you pop it out.

取出胶囊时小心别弄破它。

6. Squeeze out /skwiːz aʊt/（挤出）

Squeeze out the last bit of toothpaste from the tube.

从牙膏管里挤出最后一点牙膏。

7. Take off /teɪk ɔːf/（取下 / 脱掉）

Remember to take off the lid before microwaving the soup.

微波炉加热汤之前记得把盖子拿掉。

8. Pump out /pʌmp aʊt/（泵出 / 按压挤出）

The bottle is almost empty—you have to pump hard to get the shampoo out.
