Kathy Gabriel (I: @Kathy_gabriel_) is currently the Manager of Tablelands Pastoral, a Hereford cow calf operation. She runs their High Country property situated in the Tablelands Valley outside of Benambra. Kathy grew up in Yea, Victoria on a hobby farm and fell in love with all things agriculture. After finishing school at boarding school in Hamilton Vic, she set about learning everything she could about the ag industry. Her pursuit for all things ag has led her all around Australia, working in beef, lamb, wool and grain. Kathy has chased wild cattle across far north QLD , thrown fleeces across many of boards around Hay plains, sat at the wheel of a header for harvest in the Wimmera and backgrounded cattle at Werribee Agriculture. She documents all that she does along the way as a keen photographer. Although her career has settled in the high country, were she now owns her very own small beef property with her own herd of Hereford cows, Kathy's life adventure now takes her overseas racing horses in Mongolia this coming July for the second time.
