Today, I speak with IFBB Pro Kerigan Pike, a 25 year old multi-business entrepreneur and online coach. She lives in Houston, TX with her husband and 2 fur babies. She has been competing almost every other year since 2016, and in 2021 she earned her IFBB pro card at Jr. Nationals! Kerigan talks about her journey to the stage and what has driven her to compete. She tells us why she took a long improvement season and how she took advantage of that time to grow.

 

Kerigan explains the importance of staying patient when your goal is to grow. She believes in taking your time to make real changes and focusing on how strength is improving.
