In life, I’m coming to realise more and more, that mindset is everything. That was certainly the case for Kerri Pottharst and her incredible win on Bondi Beach at the 2000 Olympics with teammate Natalie Cook. Their gold-medal winning mindset took them to the top of their sport at a home Olympics and is something that Kerri continues to utilise to this day.

That’s how she was able to push herself on the SAS course at 55 years old and continues to grow and develop to help other women reach their high performance potential.
