In this episode, host Celeste Rains-Turk speaks with Kerryne Henich who has been competing for 10 years, was Utah’s very first bikini competitor to qualify for the Olympia, and just competed at the Olympia at age 39! She has recently married the love of her life after being in an abusive and toxic relationship for 16 years and she and her new husband have brought their families together and have 5 kids.  Kerryne gives us some insight on how she made such an incredible glute and hamstring transformation sharing her BEST kept secret, how she eats intuitively and always has on prep even when given a meal plan, making life work with so many kids, and celebrating her best package even if it is not rewarded by the judges.  Kerryne is a shining example of someone who honored herself through toxic relationships with herself, food, and an ex husband.  She finally put an end to her suffering, stood up for herself, and is now living her life and doing what she loves.   She even lost track of how many shows it took her to compete in before qualifying for the Olympia! But, along the way her husband and kids stood with her! Her husband even lost over 50 pounds to step on stage with her and experience what she goes through! You won't want to miss this one.
