Why does stabbing someone on the street carry a lower minimum prison sentence than if you are stabbed in your home? Every week, 2 women are killed by their partner in the UK. In this powerful episode Lala tells the stories of women murdered by their partners and calls for action alongside the organisation Killed Women. It is a group set up by mothers of murdered daughters. They are advocating for improved sentencing and support systems.

Also, we hear from Julie Devey. Her daughter, Poppy, was stabbed to death by her former partner while asleep at home.
