Hello beautiful friends. Today’s episode was recorded from my jeep — we are safe but evacuated — and I wanted to share some quick thoughts about navigating uncertainty, showing up online and using your art to heal.

This Sunday, I’ve partnered with Adrienne Rivera, an extraordinary breathwork facilitator and the founder of the trauma-informed Breath of Gold Breathwork Facilitator Program. Adrienne has even shared her insights on breathwork through a powerful TEDx talk.

Breathwork is one of the most profound healing tools available, and the beauty is that it’s accessible to all of us. I’ve been feeling called to deepen my own breathwork practice, and I’ll be joining this session for my own healing and support.
