Giving a client a refund sucks...right?If you have been in business for a while, I'm sure you've gotten a text or call from a client saying they want a refund. Something went wrong with the service or they claim "their lashes didn't last". Whatever the reason, having a client asking you for a refund can be upsetting. Do you have a game plan on how to handle clients who want a refund? How do you decide who should get a refund? Dealing with refunds is no fun but you should have a game plan...just having a "no refunds" rule in our humble opinion is not the best policy. There are times you need to refund your clients and in the long run, we feel it will help you grow your business. Losing some money every once in a while is the cost of doing business. Instagram is both a blessing and a curse. For me, I've connected with people all over the world via Instagram...it's been an amazing tool to make new connections. We love salon owners! We say this all the time on our show that they are the unsung heroes of our industry. Lash artists look up to brand owners and trainers but rarely do I hear praise for salon owners. It's one of those odd things in our lash culture that I can't really explain. Last week we talked about how nothing good in life comes easy...in fact, my great things come from great sacrifice. Our hope was to encourage you to hang in there and be patient.
