You are losing business if you have a complex pricing menu for your services. Bold statement I know. Here is why it's not just a bold statement but true. When clients are looking for a business, they want things to be clear and simple...they don't want to have to ask a ton of questions or feel stupid because there are too many choices. That's just human nature. We want things easy. We want things handed to us on a plate. When a new client goes to your website and sees 15 different price points for lash appointments (volume, classic, hybrid, mega-volume, Russian volume, fill from an outside salon...etc), it just discourages them and makes them search for a company where they don't need a degree in lashing to figure what they want. If you want to make your company more attractive to new customers, then you need to simplify your lash menu. In today's episode, Paul and Tussanee discuss this issue with the hopes that when you are done listening you might go back to that beautiful but very complex lash menu and scare it down so new customers can better understand it.
