Today I speak with IFBB Pro Laura Stalinkeviciute, a returning guest on the podcast! I had the chance to do a live recording with Laura in Las Vegas and I jumped on the the opportunity! Having previously competed in the IFBB Elite in Europe, she earned her Pro Card quickly after switching to the NPC. She has been building her physique since ten and hope to make her Pro Debut soon! Laura is a Lithuanian athlete and coach who works with women online. Laura shares the importance of surrounding yourself with good energy in order to grow and how the bodybuilding scene is different in Lithuania.
