In this episode our very own co-host Lavinia Wehr (IG: @laviniawehr.social) is interviewed by one of her oldest friends Tom Curnow, who has previously featured on the podcast. This episode touches on a lot of different topics including Mental Health, Growing a business, running a business as well as how she has been able to take her business to the next level in the last 18 months. 

For those of you who don’t know Lavinia runs her own Social Media & PR Agency @Agsocial.au, specialising in the Agricultural Industry. Lavinia was born in Esperance and grew up on a farm in Scaddan. Attending school in Perth, she then completed a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Public Relations at Curtin University. Lavinia was pushed into the deep end in Mid 2017, taking on the Royal Agricultural Society’s Social Media for the IGA Perth Royal Show. After joining a creative agency, she realised many people wanted an individualised social media strategy catering to Agricultural Businesses. That was the beginning of AGSOCIAL. Now their team of 5 specialises in helping Agribusinesses around Australia with their communications. Companies they work with include Primary Sales Australia, Planfarm, RB Sellars, Rossi Boots, Western Ag name a few.
