A woman who craves submission is often also incredibly talented and skilled in her life. When we take a woman inside of our consciousness, leading her and allowing her to follow, what we do with all of this capability and competence is something that must be addressed.

Because on one hand, she has likely leaned on and relied on her ability to get her through her life. But on the other hand, for many women, they want nothing more than to be able to let go of this need to take care of themselves.

So how do we lead in relationship with a woman who CAN do so much, and how do we help her to let go of the things that might drain, exhaust, and empty her...no matter how competent she is at them?

The Conscious Dominance podcast was born from weekly conversations between two friends, Andrew & Eric.

Every week, we would connect and talk about the ways that our roles as Dominants in long term, loving Dominant/submissive relationships were calling us to higher integrity, and demanding the absolute best from each of us as men.
