This week, Maria speaks with relationship therapist Kim Polinder.

Kim is a relationship expert who assists others through individual and couples counseling. Kim was born in South Korea and adopted when she was a baby. Her personal journey involved navigating abandonment issues, alcohol addiction, and barriers to emotional intimacy. Kim's studies of eastern and western approaches to healing have given her a well-informed perspective on the root of suffering. Kim now teaches others tools for communication, conflict resolution, and building long-term relationships.
