Sometimes, a relationship is just not a good fit. Friends, lovers and even family…. You get to choose who you allow to be a part of your life, and who you don’t.
But how do you know when it’s time to leave a relationship? This is a question that comes up a lot in the therapy office, so let’s dig in!
Here’s the deal. People stay in unhealthy relationships longer than they need to. People stay in boring, tired, worn out relationships too. People just tend to stick around in any old relationships when the thing is dead and gone. Why? Because breaking up is worse.
In this episode I will help you assess whether (or not ) it's time to go- and how to do it!
